Mental Health Counseling
Mental health counseling is a process through which clients work with a therapist/counselor in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. The counselor is trained in a variety of methods to help people. The therapist modifies the approach to care based on the needs and goals of clients. People who are seeking mental health counseling for one or more of the following are encouraged to learn about Dr. Temple, our mental health counseling provider:
a) improve emotional and social wellbeing,
b) identify and explore career options,
c) reduce the experience of worry and fear, sadness and hopelessness,
d) alleviate the pain from hurtful events; and,
e) grow personally and experience greater satisfaction with life.

Pastoral counseling is the practice of helping individuals, couples, and families to increase their understanding of a variety of life challenges through spiritual care. The trained pastoral counselor creates a non-judgmental, engaging space, where clients can receive individualized support. Clients who are seeking pastoral counseling for one or more of the following are encouraged to read more about Rev. Temple, our pastoral counseling provider:
a) marital conflict and premartial support,
b) recovery from substance use,
c) spiritual growth and development, which may include alleviating pain from hurtful events; and,
