Dr. Temple serves Colorado, Tennessee, and Georgia as the Mental Health and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Temple Renovation Center, LLC. She brings 14 years of counseling experience to the practice. She has developed a unique skill set that incorporates strength and wellness-based approaches and integrative therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of clients from a variety of backgrounds, including Christian clients and people with disabilities.
Dr. Temple says, “My philosophy is that everyone can live their best lives, yet there are times when people may need support from a trained guide to reconnect with their best, imperfect selves. I strive to cultivate a safe and intentional space where clients can move toward their strengths and new possibilities. I am available to help people with a variety of mental health/wellness needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disability adjustment, relationship issues, and problems at work. I modify my specific approach to counseling based on my client’s needs and goals. My ultimate goal as a therapist and vocational rehabilitation counselor is to help clients live well.”
She holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University, a doctorate from the University of West Georgia in Professional Counseling and Supervision, and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University. She holds the following licenses and certifications:
LPC- Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP) – Tennessee
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Colorado, Georgia
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
National Certified Counselor (NCC)
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)
Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH)
She has been trained in these specific trauma recovery methods: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR Level 1 Basic), Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery System (Level 1 STARS Trained), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (Provider Status).
Other training models include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family System, Intimacy from the Inside Out.

$95 -175 per individual counseling, intake and evaluation occurs during the first two sessions.
$125 – 175 per individual, Trauma Therapy, e.g., EMDR, CPT, and STARS
$225 per couple / family resilience (2-members) counseling 75-minute session, intake and evaluation occurs during the first two sessions.
